Information you provide
- Purchase information — name, email, and billing details when you buy a product. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe / Lemon Squeezy / Gumroad); we do not store full card numbers.
- Support and contact — any information you include when you email support or sign up for our newsletter.
Information collected automatically
- License activation data — when you activate a license, the License Manager sends a machine fingerprint (a derived identifier based on your computer's hardware/OS attributes) and your license key to our licensing provider (Keygen) to manage your seat limit. We use this only to authorize the Software and enforce the per-license machine limit.
- Website analytics — if enabled, aggregate, non-identifying usage data (e.g., page views) to improve the site.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver, activate, and support the Software.
- To process purchases and send license keys and receipts.
- To provide updates and, if you opt in, product news.
- To detect and prevent fraud or license abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, the licensing provider (Keygen), email/newsletter providers, and hosting providers — under agreements that limit their use of your data. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We keep purchase and license records as long as needed to support your license, honor warranties/guarantees, and meet tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@shamrockaudio.com. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
6. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including by our service providers). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Software and site are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
